uChiller board whith last update Rastre Curve

Test project for board Carel uChiller including the eeprom bin with the latest Rastre Curve update.
due to size problems in uploading files I had to load the project in several parts,
 unpack the "files" folders 1 to 4 inside the folder  uChiller Carel\Files.
